Adult processing firm, Alliance Network, recently announced its launching of a professional customer service call center, promising clients faster and better services.
Alliance Network recently announced its launching of a full-service, professional customer service call center, aimed at answering customers’ questions and concerns.
“Alliance Network is very excited to launch the fully staffed customer service call center. Our representatives are Alliance Network gurus and they will assist any customer with any question,” said Paul Skinner, company spokesman.
Alliance Network is a subsidiary of Myroxon Holdings Ltd, a European-based company. The company was founded in 2007 to play a bigger role in the adult interactive entertainment business and lately in the adult processing sphere.
The Alliance Network call center will function around-the-clock, it will receive customers’ complaints, concerns, suggestions and questions.
“The call center will function as a link between our customers and our representatives,” Skinner said. “The direct link allows us to have a closer connection to our scattered clients.”
In addition to launching the customer service call center, Alliance Network recently began processing transactions for its own adult Web sites and is planning to operate a payment processing service for adult merchants beginning this summer.
“Alliance Network is growing and searching for additional ways to please our supportive customers,” Skinner said.
